It's Matthieu Gaggio, the son of a restaurateur and a former consultant, who came up with the idea for such a place, where the spirit of neighborhood bars from around the world comes together. From the Spanish bodega to the Italian cantina, not to mention the American dive bar and the French tavern, Hacienda Bernadette aims to be a melting pot of friendliness, unpretentiousness, inviting relaxation and sharing.

Lots of flavors to share
The menu, which is always evolving, features shareable plates: charcuterie and cheese boards, truffle croque-monsieur, burrata with roasted peaches... On the drink side, you'll find well-crafted, simple cocktails alongside Spanish vermouths, Italian bitters, chartreuse, and génépi, offering a true flavor journey around the world. The decor mixes vintage vibes and raw materials, with a hint of "American diner." Quiz nights and dart games will spice up the evenings at this bar that’s destined to become legendary!
