As soon as you step through the door of the old presbytery, you're greeted by the delightful scent of warm bread, buttery pastries, and chocolate. This little gem, named L’Atelier Haeberlin, opened its doors in early April in d'Illhaeusern, just after the announcement of the Michelin stars, with the aim of providing an experience as high-quality as the neighboring starred restaurants, but the difference is that this spot will be accessible to everyone !

Luxury at Your Fingertips
In this chic gourmet shop (but not snobby, mind you), you'll find all the regional expertise. Signature bread Hirose, fine pastries, delicious baked goods, and various chocolate creations. And if you think chocolate comes straight from a typical supplier, think again: a dedicated workshop has been set up on the upper floor. But that's not all! The Haeberlin Workshop also serves as a souvenir shop. Here you'll find bread baskets, plates, wine carafes, candles, and even carefully selected cookbooks from top chefs. A truly heartwarming spot to grab a much more stylish souvenir than a magnet!
