You will find a wide selection of flavored rums, all homemade by Chris! Since he was a chef, he treats his rums like fine dishes and the result is always very successful!
With over forty different recipes, there is something for every taste: cherry, bell pepper, passion-ginger, wild pepper, mirabelle plum, or citrus ... We recommend the smoky rum, with notes reminiscent of whiskey, it is surprising and delicious!
Boards & Happy hours
In addition to all these rums, here you can also drink beers (and other things, you know, alcohol is not everything in life!), enjoy the happy hour from 5:30pm to 8pm with a pint for 3.5 euros. Those with Corsican blood (and everyone else) can also enjoy a Pietra beer! For snacks, since there isn't enough space for a kitchen at Gustavia, you can order boards from Houmous & Co, the neighbors of Gustavia, who will deliver them directly to your table!
