A place where it feels good to be: warm, welcoming, refined. Le Botaniste offers a new menu every three weeks, full of creative and surprising dishes. On the menu, fresh and seasonal products, combined in a stunning and original way. The establishment is run by a team of three young people, who have understood the challenges of our generation. They focus on highlighting seasonal ingredients in a bistronomic cuisine (with many Japanese influences such as yuzu, edamame, shiitake, chirashi...), and also offer vegan dishes. The address also regularly organizes events: brunches, special evenings, or hosting resident chefs. A place that is constantly in motion!
