At Brunchie, the star of the plate is the waffle, those savory, golden, fluffy treats, topped with amazing goodies! Among the must-try creations, there's the Waffle Brunchie: a potato waffle topped with avocado, a soft-boiled egg, greens, and a citrus vinaigrette, the Chicken Waffle: marinated chicken fillet, herbed white sauce, pickles, and a rocket coulis, all served on a deliciously crispy waffle, or our favorite, the Waffle Burrata: an ultra-creamy burrata, beet vinaigrette, sun-dried tomatoes, and pickled red onions.

And that’s not all, even when it comes to drinks, boredom is impossible: lattes in matcha, golden, or blue versions, teas from Au fond du Jardin, iced lattes, or even fresh juices!
