Located on rue de la Douane in Strasbourg, just steps away from the Pont du Corbeau, this establishment plays on the contrast between modernity and tradition, both in the dining area and on the plate.

À la carte, which highlights local products and specialties of French bistro cuisine, dishes concocted in an original and inspired way. Between fish & chips, duck breast, beef tartare, vegetarian dishes, and even kidneys, andouillette, and other frog legs, we regret only having one stomach.
The same observation can be made for appetizers (snails, bone marrow, foie gras, gravlax salmon...) and desserts (rum baba, New York style tiramisu, chocolate fondant...). Furthermore, wine lovers will find satisfaction among fifty wine references.

Another good news: the kitchen remains open until midnight. This will definitely convince us, if needed, that La Hache has all the qualities to become and remain one of our favorite spots in Strasbourg.
