A Return to Our Roots
"Kraz," which means "crispy" in Breton, already sets the tone: golden brown buckwheat pancakes, paired with delicious mussels and fries, for a full dive into the culinary spirit of Finistère. Nicolas Beller, the manager of the establishment, explains this bold move: "We thought, why not! We wanted to return to something more authentic, more family-oriented."
