On Saturday, May 10, at the opening, there was already a line stretching outside the shop. Some came from Rennes, others from Vannes or Saint-Malo. "We saw the cakes on Instagram, and we absolutely had to try them," says a couple who came especially for the occasion.
In light of her skyrocketing success, Noémie is already considering expanding her range, with frozen desserts for the summer, and maybe even an online ordering service. But she insists she won't lose her unique identity: «o; What I want is for every bite to create a surprise. I want people to leave with stars in their eyes. »
