It’s a pretty wild project that has come to life at the Carrefour Cesson shopping center. The idea? To transform an old underground parking lot into a true leisure hub. The result: over 5,000 m² entirely dedicated to entertainment, featuring two well-known brands setting up shop: Speed Park.
An old parking lot transformed into a fun temple
From the outside, the vibe is set; the entrance has been completely redesigned to make you forget about the previous use of the space. Instead, you discover an immersive universe filled with giant elements, playful decor, and an atmosphere worthy of an amusement park.
Games, bowling, and thrills
Once inside, it's hard to know where to start. The first area plunges you directly into an arcade atmosphere with a multitude of games: car simulators, shooting games, interactive basketball machines, and strength challenges. It’s enough to make you feel like a kid again in just a few seconds. But the heart...Of the complex, it’s undoubtedly its massive bowling space, featuring no less than 20 lanes, all centered around a large bar, designed to welcome both groups of friends and families. The giant screens and lights add a truly immersive dimension to the experience. And that's not all—just a little further down, a hallway leads to an impressive laser tag arena, designed like a real battleground. Up to 26 players can compete against each other in this futuristic maze. Next door, a space called “Pixel” offers a unique experience with interactive light panels: the goal is simple, don't get eliminated by stepping onto the right panel at the right moment.

A XXL Investment to Attract the Public
Behind this ambitious project lies an estimated investment of between 4 and 5 million euros. The goal is clear: to make this complex a true living space capable of attracting between 150,000 and 200,000 visitors each year. Given the variety of activities on offer, it seems like a pretty good bet! With games, sports, relaxation, and dining options (including pizzas and drinks available on site), everything is in place for a fun-filled day—or evening—without a dull moment.
