And it’s no coincidence. At the end of 2024, the stunning Nicolas Ruinart pavilion opened its doors on the Saint-Nicaise hill in Reims. A little architectural gem that skillfully blends champagne, art, and nature. In short, it's the dream life of Emily in Reims!
A path to dive into the heart of the Ruinart experience
From the first steps of the visit, we take the Crayères path. Designed by landscape architect Christophe Gautrand, the trail leading to the pavilion reflects the aesthetics of the underground crayères and whisks us straight into the world of the estate. Amid all this whiteness, we walk not quite knowing where we’re headed, almost cut off from the outside world.

The Ruinart Pavilion, Where Luxury Meets Purity
Once you arrive, it's hard not to be captivated by the architecture of the Ruinart Pavilion, designed by Sou Fujimoto. The subtle blend of champagne-colored stones, wood, and glass really makes an impression, even for newcomers. The interior, created by Gwenael Nicolas, features a champagne bar and a shop. A large glazed facade opens up to the courtyard and provides an impressive sense of transparency. It's clear, minimalist. You can breathe.
