Gobun: the first Reims food bike

Cooking on a bike: impossible? Laëtitia Lung has proven it can be done! Since the beginning of 2024, this Franco-Vietnamese chef has been reinventing Reims street food with her super stylish food bike. At almost 29 years old, Laëtitia quit her job to pursue her passion for nomadic cooking. She travels the streets on her highly-equipped two-wheeler to delight the people of Reims with her freshly made home recipes: deliciously fresh bō bún, sizzling pad thaï, spring rolls... Everything is prepared on the spot, right before your eyes.

Not only is it incredibly tasty, but Gobun Reims also promotes zero waste and supports independent producers. Want to give it a try? Here’s where to find her:

Tuesday: Place Saint-Maurice (near Sciences Po)
Saturday morning: Boulingrin market
Sunday morning: Jean-Jaurès market

Alba Street Food: Neapolitan cuisine to go

Craving an Italian meal but don’t have the time to sit down and enjoy some pasta and a tiramisu? We’ve got just what you need! How about a delicious Italian sandwich to savor on a sunny terrace? At Alba Street Food (the takeout version of the Alba restaurant), we honor the delicious Neapolitan specialties!

What’s on the menu? The panozzo — a crispy bread filled with fresh ingredients — or the pizza portafoglio, served folded to go: a quick and comforting lunch. In terms of quality, this spot boasts the great reputation of the Alba restaurant, which delights us with its homemade gnocchi and generously topped pizzas. It’s delicious and served with a smile!sing O Sole Miooo. Yum, it smells good la dolce vita around here !

Why not ?
