Over 200 hectares of green spaces in Reims
With its hundred parks and squares spread over 265 hectares, Reims gives a prominent place to greenery and biodiversity. Among the must-visit green spaces are the famous Parc de Champagne, Parc Léo Lagrange, and the Promenades, a true green lung located right in the city center.
On the development front, Reims is currently undergoing a transformation of the canal banks, with renovations gradually starting from the summer of 2025. What’s on the agenda? A waterside promenade along the canal featuring a pedestrian walkway, a footbridge, a water garden, and a barge bar where you can unwind and sip a drink with your feet in the water.
A call for projects has also been launched to oversee the installation of the barges. By clicking here, you can find more information!
