But now, you’ll have the chance to visit a curious mushroom where usually funny little blue creatures live. To celebrate the release of the movie The Smurfs on July 16, 2025, Airbnb invites two families to become Smurfs themselves and explore the lifestyle of these characters for a day.

An Experience to Live in Belgium
Here’s a brand new unique and immersive experience! On August 3rd, two families will get the chance to visit the magical forest of the Smurfs and spend the day as if they were part of this community of little blue creatures. Where is this fabulous forest located? Not far from Paris, in Anhée in Belgium. This delightful experience is organized by none other than Nicolas Tytgat, the grandson of Peyo, the creator of the Smurfs.

A smurftastic schedule!
The day promises to be as active as it is creative. Here’s what’s in store: a warm welcome with a tasting of sarsaparilla drink, making your very own Smurf hat in the Grand Smurf’s mushroom house, an archery lesson, and learning a fun choreography that you’ll see in the movie. Of course, there will be a delicious treat with the Smurfs' feast, filled with blue goodies that the Smurfs absolutely love!
To get a chance to join in, you’ll need to sign up, and that’s starting on July 16th. Be smurfy quick: first come, first served!
