He never stops pushing the boundaries of his art and his body. As part of promoting his new album, Survival Mode, Rilès is taking on a challenge like no other. From Saturday, February 8 to Sunday, February 9, 2025, the singer will run for 24 hours on a treadmill without any breaks, while facing the threat of a circular saw. It's a performance that is both physical and psychological, in front of a live and virtual audience.
A Deadly Challenge (Literally)
Always further, always higher, always stronger. Fans of 2000s TV will likely recognize the unique slogan of the show Fort Boyard. Yet, it applies equally to this exceptional new performance happening this weekend in Paris. For 24 hours, the .Rapper Rilès is about to do the unimaginable by running for a whole day, with an extremely sharp blade threatening to cut him in half (lengthwise).

A survival race to see liveWell, from our side, we're not quite sure we understand the appeal of this « Survival Run », as it’s called. While the event is presented as a true &oElig;uvre immersive where the audience is invited to be the silent witness to a struggle against the limits of the body and exhaustion, we think it's mostly madness, or maybe even, why not, a kind of foolishness.
