Let’s be honest, whether you love dogs or not, pugs are definitely one of those special creatures that just make you react when you see them. Laughter, potentially, is a pretty logical response to their funny little flat faces. Or, for those with a normal sense of humor, adoration, because they are indeed super cute little things. And since we can’t have one to admire all day at home, we’ll settle for a little piece of joy this year, thanks to Pud Day, Fun Day, just 30 little minutes from Paris.
Dogs, more dogs, always dogs
Percy in Pocahontas, Frank in Men In Black and… well, that’s pretty much it. Pugs are...Famous ones are few and far between, and it's a bit of a shame that these little creatures aren’t more represented in pop culture, considering they are quite memorable. Thankfully, there’s an exceptional event somewhere in Île-de-France to make up for this glaring lack of recognition for these animals with an absolutely endless comedic and heartwarming potential. The Pug Day, Fun Day is coming into our lives on May 8, 2025 at the Jablines leisure island, for an absolutely amazing day.

70 doses of joy
For this first edition, we are expecting 70 adorable furry friends and their owners in the heart of this park, on a 5000 m² grass field, with even a covered area just in case the rain decides to make an appearance before then. Games, activities, educational workshops, sales booths run by professionals specializing in pugs (and more generally all kinds of canine friends), and even a bistro to grab a bite—all the essentials are gathered for an event centered above all on enjoyment. And since this event is entirely run by volunteers and supports many associations, we encourage everyone to lend a hand with donations, including food for these pups!
