But this year, a Parisian hotel has decided to take things to the next level by inviting guests to spend the night in an actual… coffin.

A coffin and a spooky décor
It's in room 807 at the easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers where you can try out this rather unusual experience. For the occasion, an immersive, dark and gothic décor will be set up in the room, and in place of the usual bed, there will be a coffin. But be careful, this won't be just any coffin! This one will contain a 30 cm mattress specially designed to ensure you the most peaceful of sleeps. This campaign titled "Best sleep ever… forever" will be rolled out for just a few days only to make this Halloween 2026 the most memorable of your life.

A room bookable for five nights
To make the most of it, mark your calendars for October 26-31, 2026. For a chance to spend the night in this spine-tingling room on October 31st, easyHotel is running a contest on its Instagram account until October 26th. The room is also available to book from October 26-30, for five nights only. Reservations open on October 21st. So, will you have the courage to sleep in a coffin?
