Here, traditional recipes blend with the effervescence of the capital to offer us refined and flavorful plates, with a homemade cuisine based on fresh ingredients cooked daily. On the menu, we find the famous momos, Tibetan steamed dumplings, filled with various and varied stuffings and seasoned each time with homemade recipes. Our favorite? The Heavenly Vegan with shiitake, spinach, and red onions. But of course, we let you discover the other recipes, in small or large quantities, to share or not.
On the menu, we find Indian and Nepalese influences, and we discover delicious specialties such as the Tserile, vegetable balls with herbs and a ginger cream sauce made of zucchini, or the Shasek, braised sliced beef, rumsteak heart, with bokchoy green vegetables. To accompany with fried rice or Dharamsala roasted, homemade bread baked in the oven and soft as it can be. On the dessert side, we're not left behind: matcha cheesecake, decadent Namelaka ganache just as we like it, and handmade black sesame ice cream from Café Isaka.
To make everything slide smoothly, Momola thinks of everything and offers us a great list of biodynamic and natural wines with bottles from small local producers, which can also be found at the best wine shops in Paris. It's also a chance to treat yourself with traditional teas and infusions or with the timeless mango lassi, fresh and highly fruity.
So, you've understood it well, here tradition and modernity live in perfect harmony on beautifully laid out ceramic plates. All prepared by a Tibetan kitchen team, led by chef Lobsang. A true momo magician that we recommend you to try urgently. Beware, it's addictive...
