Behind the checkered curtain, there’s a timeless bubble vibing to French music from the 70s/80s. Warm-colored wooden decor, a counter where elbows and secrets rest, and a soft light like a glass of crisp white wine. Laughter, toasts, and lively conversations fill the air. Because here, Paris comes alive!

An authentic and delicious menu

The secret of Bibou ? Its wine list. Every bottle is chosen with heart and tasted with soul by JB, the sommelier and manager. Whether nature, classics, small winemakers or great terroirs, we let ourselves be carried away by dancing aromas, singing names, and rare products.

And just like every pleasure comes with its companions, the plates are in perfect harmony. We delight in mimosa leeks, homemade pâté en croûte, or whelks for an iodized kick. Those with a hearty appetite can indulge in potato millefeuille, marrow bone, or melting beef chuck. And to wrap up the meal sweetly, we have chocolate mousse or orange cake. Let’s not forget the cheese and charcuterie platter of impeccable quality: Brie de Meaux, Comté, Saint-Nectaire, along with chorizo, black ham, truffle ham, and sausage. Just pure happiness in every bite.

...And a unique atmosphere !

But what we love the most at Bibou is the soul of the place: the people who pass through. A filmmaker who gets excited about Truffaut, a neighbor who talks about their latest adventure, two lovers who are changing the world. At Bibou, everyone mixes together, and that’s where the real charm lies. Want to share the experience with all your friends?
Bibou can be privatized for evenings where wine flows freely and laughter echoes. Time flies, but we stretch the moment with one last drink. We leave Bibou feeling light, already ready to come back
