Because the airline Ryanair has announced a strike notice from August 15 to 17, which could potentially extend all the way to December 31, 2025.

Twelve Spanish airports affected
Twelve Spanish airports are impacted by this strike: Barcelona-El Prat, Girona, Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Malaga, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Tenerife South, Santiago, Lanzarote, and Alicante. This could significantly affect air traffic departing from the airports in Marseille, Toulouse, Nantes, as well as Paris-Beauvais operated by Ryanair. However, according to a study conducted by PAP Vacances, Spain remains the favorite destination for the French for summer 2025. Poor working conditions highlighted by the unions
This strike movement initiated by the UGT union (General Workers' Union) aims to highlight the poor working conditions and particularly “ the precariousness and the abuses by the company [Azul Handling, a Ryanair subsidiary] against its employees ”.
