SLOWE Wellness House

SLOWE Wellness House is a popular spot for yogis in the 10th arrondissement. It's a unique blend of a health-conscious cafe and a fitness center. You can even grab a day pass that includes access to their coworking space and sports facilities. It's a one-stop shop for everything you need, except for sleeping. It's a wonderful yoga space in Paris that you shouldn't miss!

Riise

What if we told you that yoga 2.0 is practiced in the dark with music? With two studios in Paris, Riise is revolutionizing the practice of Parisian yogis. The program includes two well-located rooms, one on rue Charlot and the other near Etienne Marcel, where you can work out and forget all your problems. With a great atmosphere and qualified teachers (special mention to the bubbly and energetic Marie), we turn off our phones (which are not allowed in the room) and sweat it out together. We leave feeling empty and happy. Long live Riise.

Jivamukti

Some people talk about this place as the best yoga studio in Paris. Classes are taught in both French and English, the teachings are extremely comprehensive, and even have a spiritual aspect. It is without hesitation, the trendy spot in eastern Paris, beloved by yogis. You can also enjoy a coffee and nibble on delicious vegan treats made by Carmen Ragosta. A true haven of peace!

Imagine stepping into a cozy yoga studio in the heart of Paris, where experienced yogis come together to deepen their practice and improve their skills. That's exactly what you'll find at Jivamukti, located at 92 quai de Jemmapes in the 10th arrondissement. Over at Ashtanga Yoga Paris, run by Linda and Gérald, a wonderful team of instructors is ready to accompany you on your yoga journey. Whether you're into Ashtanga, Vinyasa, or restorative yoga, this studio truly has something for everyone. So why not drop by and treat yourself to an incredible yoga experience!

Yoga Bikram Paris

Disclaimer, Bikram yoga is a very specific style, and not everyone can practice it: the room is heated to 40°C with 40% humidity in the air, and the class lasts 90 minutes. In short, Bikram yoga is great, but you need to know what you're doing and if you can handle it! As for the place, it is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the instructors are attentive. You come out drenched, exhausted, but so relaxed.

Qee

If you're looking for really good teachers, Qee is a safe bet. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about! Whether it's Ashtanga, Hatha, or integral yoga classes (the ones I've tried), they're all great! There are no more than a dozen people in each session, and the rooms are pretty cozy. Oh, and Qee also offers a series of six-week mindfulness meditation classes for those who want to slow down a bit and focus on the essentials. The best part: the teachers really care about you and give corrections.

Yoga Room

This is the perfect place if you want to practice Bikram yoga, a yoga in a heated room at 40°C. According to experts, the heat allows for a deep work without getting injured, and the sweat from the effort cleanses your skin and eliminates toxins. After a few sessions, you will have started sculpting your silhouette, regained a fresh complexion, and soft skin. And if you don't want to get warm, other classes are also available!
