Miel Factory
The shop for busy city-dwellers: completely dedicated to this mixture produced by our bee friends, Miel Factory is like a hive for humans in the Marais, ultimately. Pine honey, mint honey, almond honey, wild scrubland honey, chestnut honey, Mexican avocado honey... There's something for all tastes (even the weirdest ones).

Apis Civi
The City of Paris has decided to prioritize urban beekeeping and has set up a program called "Apis Civi" to encourage the growth of bee populations in the city. This initiative aims to protect biodiversity and promote ecological practices, all with the help of our buzzing friends. Bees are essential for pollination and the production of honey, so it's important to support them and their habitats. Let's make Paris a green and bee-friendly city!
You have chosen your favorite among the 234 winners: Apis Civi, the honey harvested in the 18th arrondissement. The floral diversity of Paris and the prohibition of using pesticides in green spaces deliver unique flavors that have seduced us all. Originally from Sceaux, the beekeeper went home with two medals: gold and... the owner of Le Rucher de Verrières, Patricia decided to collaborate with him in order to produce honey. She provides the money for two of his honeys. The bees gather their precious nectar in Sceaux Park, which gives the honey a floral, balanced, smooth, and without bitterness taste. Despite having only two hives in a collective space, Patricia's workers still managed to harvest 65 kilos of honey this year! Clos Saint-Marcel - 92330 SceauxBoutique: 10, rue des Ecoles - Sceaux

Le Rucher de Verrières After a meeting with [name], An apiculturist, this former Alsatian pastry chef started with a simple beehive in his garden in 1983. Today, this retiree owns 26 beehives which allow him to harvest around three tons of honey per year! René was noticed in the competition for his acacia honey, which is very rare this year due to the weather. With the creation of an educational apiary, René shares his passion in the Maison Didier in Verrières-le-Buisson, which you can visit occasionally and, most importantly, for free.
