Atelier Edgar Saillen
Last but not least, the most intriguing class for us is the drawing and meditation workshop. It takes place in Montreuil, and Edgar Saillen offers, in his own words, "to discover an inner space of silence conducive to creativity". In this class, the emphasis is on the essence rather than the form, starting with a 20-minute mindfulness meditation session (seated and silent), followed by an hour and a half of live model drawing: the ob."The aim of the activity is to develop creativity and the ability to concentrate and observe. We are really eager to try it out, so don't hesitate to tell us about it.
