Whether it's to handle knives like a pro, impress your loved ones or simply diversify your skills, here's a list (not exhaustive) of cooking classes you can take in the capital.

Molecular Cuisine: The Culinary Lab
The first time I discovered molecular cuisine was on Un dîner presque parfait and it didn't really appeal to me. Since the questionable plans and hesitant aspiring scientists, the phenomenon has gained momentum: recipe books have multiplied and some chef-chemists have made it their flagship. If you also want to handle the distillation apparatus with one hand and the whisk with the other, turn to the Culinary Lab, which offers three different courses on the theme of molecular cuisine: "gourmand", "fresh and gourmet" and "bites with liquid nitrogen".
