La Réserve du Terroir
Stepping into La Réserve feels a bit like coming home after a long day at work or a week abroad. The decor is eclectic, in the best possible way, like a collection of memories. But don't be fooled; you’ll quickly discover the common thread. Giant bottles, faux beer caps...on cushions, photos of bistro terraces, the tone is set: here, we're going to drink very, very well. 20 selections, all appellation wines, carefully curated to delight every palate and every budget, since all the glasses are between 5 and 10€. Don’t worry, if the terms “Syrah,” “Merlot,” or “Gewurztraminer” don’t ring a bell for you, Sébastien and Marvyn will be there to guide you. And even if this lovely wine bar doesn’t have a terrace, it features a huge vaulted stone room, perfect for escaping the summer heat. Le Cirque
Envie d’une véritable plongée dans l’univers des clowns et du spectacle ? Le Cirque nous propose de soulever le rideau pour découvrir un grand hôtel particulier s’étalant sur deux niveaux, sous une immense verrière. Que vous soyez plutôt amateur·ice·s de vin ou de cocktails, vous êtes au bon endroit ! Avec des DJ sets organisés tous les jeudis et tous les vendredis, Le Cirque propose une belle carte de nectars pour tous les prix, et des cocktails aussi renversants que le spectacle des barmans auquel vous assisterez. On vous conseille de tester L'Acrobate (vodka, crème de framboise, champagne et citron vert) ou encore leur classique Clown (vodka, coulis de fruits rouges, trait de crème de framboise, cranberry, citron pressé), mais surtout, de succomber à la nouveauté, L’Espresso Bumbu (crème de bumbu, vodka, sucre, café serré). Vous pouvez les déguster au verre (classique) ou même au litre si vous êtes d’humeur à partager (ou pas). Le petit plus ? De 10 à 500 personnes, vous avez la possibilité de privatiser tout ou une partie du bar en réservant à l’avance, et même de commander des cocktails dînatoires ou des formules apéro pour tous.

Derrière le rideau vichy de ce nouveau bistrot aux allures de speakeasy, une bulle hors du temps rythmé par des musiques francaises des années 70/80 où l'on danse allègrement ! Des boiseries aux couleurs chaudes, un comptoir où se posent coudes et secrets, et une lumière douce comme un verre de blanc bien frais. On rit, on trinque, on parle fort. Parce qu’ici, Paris se vit ! Le secret de Bibou ? Sa carte des vins : chaque bouteille choisie avec le cœur, goûtée avec l’âme par JB le sommelier et directeur des lieux.
