Man's Passage
Just a stone's throw from Bastille, Man's Passage is hidden from those who don't know it. Not only does the cobbled and retro street make you travel back to 1900, but it also gives the impression of strolling through a small village in Brittany. While workshops, apartments, and curious squatters bring the secret passage to life, vegetation slowly takes over the facade. It's peaceful.

Fig Tree Street
This beautiful flowered street was once the home of metallurgy workshops. The best blacksmiths, boilermakers, and gold beaters in the city could be found here. But the urbanization of the eastern suburbs of Paris has transformed this hidden street behind a fig tree into a stylish dead end, which now houses a press agency and trendy graphic designers.

The Damoye Courtyard
Everyone knows Bastille Square. But do you know that a small entrance leads to a passage as secret as it is precious? Look carefully, between two signs on the square, you can access a private street through a small door filled with artisans' workshops. We are talking about the Damoye courtyard, of course. Once you pass through the gate, the frantic hustle and bustle around us seems far away. The paved alley has maintained its picturesque charm with its beautiful facades, flowered balconies, and climbing ivy.
