What? You haven't started doing yoga yet? It's so great! Stretching, strength building, relaxation, meditation... Yoga is a discipline that is good for both the body and the mind. To make sure you don't end up with a teacher who's too "out there," we've put together a little selection of stylish yoga studios in Paris to practice this wonderful discipline. Namaste!
Looking for a truly great yoga teacher in Paris? Look no further than Qee: trust me, it's a safe bet. Whether you're into Ashtanga, Hatha, or integral yoga (which I've tried), all the classes are absolutely top-notch! Never more than a dozen people in the sessions, and the studios are quite cozy: it's the perfect place if you're looking for teachers who genuinely care about you and correct your poses. As you can tell, this is my favorite studio. Qee also offers mindfulness meditation classes in a 6-week program, for those who want to slow down a bit and focus on what truly matters.
As you enter Casa Yoga studio, you will feel your body and mind being filled with calmness and fulfillment. The space, lighting, and layout of the place make this former printing house an ideal location to experience this life philosophy from India. In this little oasis of wisdom with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the more athletic ones can do Vinyasa or choose Yin Yoga with a touch of melody, or Yoga Nidra. To relax, there is also a meditation option if you are really into it!
This is the perfect place if you want to practice Bikram Yoga, a yoga in a heated room at 40°C. According to experts, the heat allows for a deep practice without getting injured, and the sweat from the effort cleanses your skin and eliminates toxins. After a few sessions, you will have started shaping your figure, regained a fresh complexion and smooth skin. And if you don't feel like getting hot, there are also other classes available!
Because on Saturdays, Sundays, and even every day of the week, we like to stay at home, head to the TrainMe website to book your private yoga instructor at home. They're nice, they come to your place, and it's cheap. Convenient for those who are too lazy, and for those who appreciate personalized teaching and have a little space, which is essential. The perfect plan, right?
La Canopée is a yoga studio that helps you disconnect. The place is really nice, well-decorated and bright, and the classes are taught by Hortense, a super caring teacher who gives well-structured classes, focusing on posture and meditation. Hortense adapts to everyone and offers classes for both adults and children!

A beautiful yoga center with a large glass roof and impeccable cleanliness, with top-notch teachers, some of whom emit special and caring energies... Intriguing, isn't it? High-quality Iyengar classes are offered there. We have also heard a lot about Anne Cécile, a warm teacher who gives special attention to each of her students.

SLOWE Wellness House
SLOWE is a bit of a favorite among yogis in the 10tharrondissement because it combines the perfect mix of a healthy coffee shop and a wellness center, but it's not just that. You can even get a day pass, like a coworking + fitness pass! In short, you can do everything there except sleep. It's like a second home for remote workers.

Yoga Bikram
Warning, Bikram yoga is a very unique style that is not suitable for everyone. Nicknamed "hot yoga", it is practiced in a room heated to 40°C with 40% humidity in the air, and the class lasts 90 minutes. In short, Bikram yoga is great, but you need to know what you're doing and if you can handle it! As for the place, it is clean, the reception is warm, and the teachers are attentive. You come out soaked, exhausted, but so relaxed.
