Le Paname Brewing Company
One of the most beautiful terraces in the city, believe me (imagine this sentence being said by a toothless ancestor winking at you and giving you a big pat on the back): in the distance, clever folks trying to navigate their rented boats from Marin d'Eau Douce and impress their dates on the Canal de l'Ourq. Right in front of you, a pizza (good, but not as good as the ones at Simonetta, the Italian restaurant a few meters away), a view that almost matches your vacation memories, and locally brewed beers from Paris and surrounding areas, all gathered on a big menu. Choices, beers, and fun: a winning combination.

Le jardin Suspendu
For two years, the roof of Parc Expo Paris Versailles has been home to Le jardin Suspendu, a 3,500 m2 rooftop with a panoramic view of the capital. This year, it reopens in the heart of Parc Floral de Vincennes. So, cancel your trip to a paradise island: voluptuousness is just a few metro stops away.

La petite Mutinerie
For the residents of the Western part of Paris, we invite you to visit La Petite Mutinerie, the newest festive guinguette in town. Fans of Bon Entendeur will be delighted to discover that the collective has made it their summer residence, others maybe not so much. You can sip on a rosé while opting for a hot-dog with chicken sausage, red cabbage, apple, carrot, crispy onion, honey mustard, and homemade ketchup, or go for the Veggie cheese burger with Beyond Meat plant-based steak, plant-based cheddar, pickled gherkin, raw vegetables, and homemade sauce.

La brasserie d'Auteuil
Who would have thought that an old train station in the outskirts of Paris would transform into a place halfway between a cozy vacation home and a contemporary loft? Italy moves to the 16th arrondissement for a cocktail, lunch, or dinner filled with traditional cuisine that you can trust.

Flora Danica
Let's head to Denmark. More precisely, we settled in at Flora Danica, the brewery located in Maison du Danemark, for a Sunday brunch. As we crossed the threshold, we discovered a charming and peaceful patio, surrounded by greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of the Champs-Élysées. In terms of cuisine, we started this brunch (€39 per person) with an all-you-can-eat buffet, where Smørrebrød with salmon or smoked herring, pastrami or marinated cucumbers caught our attention and were waiting to be devoured.
We also opt for a succulent tarama and salmon rillettes. We indulge in huge, soft blinis. And the feast continues! Bring on the deliciously creamy scrambled eggs and the tasting plate of salmon and herring, unmatched in freshness. On the sweet side, pastries, cakes, and colorful verrines are waiting. We wash it all down with detox cucumber water or lingonberry juice. In short, we leave satisfied and completely won over by this Scandinavian gastronomic discovery.

Djakarta Bali
Less imposing than the above addresses, Djakarta Bali's micro-terrace is both fresh and intimate. On a small street, away from the hustle and bustle. In the heart of the bustling Halles district, you'll find this unmissable Indonesian cuisine spot that has been around for 36 years. This summer, we discovered My Little Bali, a collection of dishes that transport us directly to the island. Our recommendations: the Mie Ayam (Indonesian wheat noodles with caramelized chicken, mushrooms, and pak choi), the Nasi Goreng (Indonesian-style sautéed rice with vegetables and a sunny-side-up egg, spicy), and the beef Rendang, voted "best dish in the world" by CNN Travel, a slow-cooked beef in coconut milk with jasmine rice. Bursting with flavors and a warm welcome in an ultra-colorful setting: tested and approved. PS: They also serve brunches!
