The Garden of COYA

If you needed a good reason to visit the 7th arrondissement, COYA and its green terrace are it. Inaugurated on June 23rd, this restaurant is located in a former church that has been transformed into a gastronomic hub called Beaupassage. Let's talk about the summer menu, inspired by Nikkei and Chifa cuisine, which is a traditional Peruvian cuisine with influences from South America, Japan, and China. The menu includes vegetarian ceviche with watermelon, cucumber, and aji limo; tomato salad with verbena and chia seeds; beef cheek empanadas with habanero criollo sauce; Bao de Cerdo with aji amarillo bread, pork shoulder, and spicy mayonnaise... One of our favorites is the Corvina with truffles, ponzu, and chives. Also, don't miss the Bao de Cerdo (pork bao sandwich with chipotle, spicy mayo, and coriander) or the incredible Arroz Nikkei Cazuela. The staff at COYA is professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere is caliente. Don't forget to try their pisco sour!Delicious: validated at 100%.

The sunny terrace of brEAThe

Our favorite on the list. Because brEAThe is one of those unforgettable restaurants where you don't just taste a quality meal, you experience a real culinary adventure. With all five senses awakened, you delight in an absolutely amazing burger (one of the best in your life, yes, we dare say), umami broth, or parsley-crusted tempeh. Everything is homemade and the flavors and seasonings, in addition to being incredibly accurate, are surprising. And the good news is that the address whispered among insiders now has its own permanent terrace, full of colorful vibes, just like the products on our plate. There, under the sun of the 9th district, we tan and indulge ourselves! Definitely not to be missed.

Laïa

Laïa, this is the new hidden little spot where it's good to disconnect. At the back of the dining room, illuminated by the large bay window, we see the talented chef Marco bustling in the kitchen. The Neapolitan chef, who has honed his skills in luxury hotels and with Alain Ducasse, offers us a wonderful robata cuisine. Perfected by the Spanish, this small grill was used by Japanese fishermen who took it out to sea to keep warm and cook the fish they caught. It's promising! The feast begins with a carpaccio of sea bream on a bed of soybean ricotta, sprinkled with pistachio and drizzled with chestnut honey. The flavors are original and balanced, and suddenly we feel transported to the Mediterranean coast. It's a feast, so much so that we mop up what's left of the sauce.Delicious entrée with a piece of addictive cornbread. Followed by tender charcoal-grilled chicken strips sprinkled with paprika, as well as a plate of ossobuco tortellini that you will remember! This new place is a hit, where you can enjoy lunch on the green terrace when the first rays of sunshine appear...

La régalade du Faubourg

We were wondering if it was still possible to find a hidden garden in the capital, and there we stumbled upon this green oasis one summer evening. Not only is the place superb and exotic, but we can also enjoy a unique culinary experience! Indeed, the excellent chef Bruno Doucet, who has been delighting us for several years with his two Parisian restaurants, has set up his kitchen tools in the new and beautiful Les Jardins du Faubourg hotel. Located just a stone's throw away from Rue Saint-Honoré, this new bistronomic address has completely charmed us.
