And another season for Chez Monix! Get your mittens and moon boots ready, because this time we're heading for a genuine ski resort right at the gates of Paris. What's on the agenda? A stylish mountain chalet – complete with a fireplace, cauldrons, vintage skis, and tutti quanti – nestled in the heart of a real Christmas village surrounded by a forest of fir trees, featuring around twenty vintage cable cars and ski lifts from the 1960s. But the real star at Chez Monix is the array of cheeses to delight your taste buds! The menu also unveils authentic hearty dishes that warm the heart, like the famous pot-au-feu.

Veal blanquette or the delicious stuffed cabbage, as well as some grilled dishes over a wood fire like grilled sea bass or a rib steak.
