There's no way we're staying cooped up at home either, so to enjoy Paris and your friends while staying warm, here’s our selection of terraces and chalets to cozy up in all winter long. 


The Hidden Cabin of Mr. Aristide 

A cozy bohemian retreat from the 18th century, Mr. Aristide is the quintessential Montmartre spot. A place that combines Parisian know-how with warm hospitality, but above all, it hides a cute little secret garden. It’s here that every winter, when the temperatures drop and our cravings for cheese kick in, the hotel sets up its mountain cabin, a.k.a. Chalet Aristide. The Ski Resort Chez Monix

Get your mittens and moon boots ready, this time we’re off to a genuine ski resort at the gates of Paris. What’s on the agenda at Chez Monix? A mountain chalet – complete with a fireplace, big pots, vintage skis, and all that good stuff – set in the heart of a real Christmas village surrounded by a forest of fir trees, featuring about twenty vintage ski lifts and gondolas from the 1960s. But the best part at Chez Monix is the array of cheeses waiting for you, with Savoyard fondues, raclette, gratin dauphinois, and other comfort dishes to warm your heart.

Polpo Nord's Mountain Getaway

This year again, Polpo Brasserie is bringing a mountain breeze to the banks of the Seine and transforming into Polpo Nord! Turned into an urban ski station, the iconic Levallois refuge is adorned with twinkling Christmas trees, cozy gondolas, and a self-service curling track.
