The new club: Le Gore
We can never have enough clubs. That's why we warmly welcome Le Gore, the electronic and underground version of La Gare, a jazz club on Corentin Cariou Avenue in La Villette. Le Gore draws inspiration from the Berlin clubbing scene, setting up in a secret room that resembles a deserted church, with a jazz stage on the surface and an underground electro room. And guess what? It's open every night, 7 days a week, from midnight to 5am, featuring techno, house, breakbeat, and bass music lineups. Bam.

The new rooftop: Sequoia
A new arrival is making its appearance in the family of Parisian rooftops, I present to you: Sequoia! Nestled on the 10th floor of the Kimpton St Honoré Hotel, a true architectural gem classified as a historical monument in the 9th arrondissement, this unusual spot opens its doors to us for an even more delightful autumn. We come here to have drinks, nibble on a tapas menu at sunset, and dance until we're exhausted. From the Opera to the Eiffel Tower, passing through the Arc de Triomphe, we explore the large 300 m2 terrace with a view of all the rooftops of Paris.

The new restaurant: Montecito
A few floors below Sequoia is one of the most exciting new tables of the season. Before heading up to the rooftop for a cocktail, we invite you to discover the menu of Montecito brasserie, created by chefs Nicolas Pastot and Carrie Salomon, with Californian inspirations and French products. The result is a raw bar with ceviche and tostada, sharing plates that are absolutely delicious (don't miss the roasted cauliflower with curry, fresh herbs, chickpeas, and tahini), and dishes that are incredibly precise. It's simple, impossible to be disappointed. A favorite.

The new gourmet spot: Hello Ernest
The organization that provides meals from solidarity restaurateurs to the most disadvantaged finally has its own place! It is Sample, in Bagnolet, that has been taken over by Hello Ernest. The program includes a large industrial wasteland, food trucks, DJ sets, dinners, brunches, indoor and outdoor restaurant in the middle of the garden... And, of course, always solidary food thanks to committed chefs who offer great menus at very reasonable prices. It's a win-win situation.
