This is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris, and I'm not just saying that because it's mine (well, a little bit). Gambetta has the advantage of bringing together a family-friendly area and hidden gems, perfect spots for get-togethers with friends and great places to fill your stomach, full of life and energy. And let's not forget the nearby Père Lachaise and the legendary calmness that is so rare in the capital. There's no denying it, you feel so good here that you could never leave.


The Little Father

There are those neighborhood addresses that we would like to keep to ourselves. The childhood dream of best friends Charles and Florent, one behind the counter, the other in the dining room, The Little Father is the warm and authentic bistro that awakens the 20th arrondissement and whose reputation extends across districts. Exceptional shared plates, Provençal cuisine with Argentinean accents, without showing off, good natural wine, quality playlist, informal address and festive atmosphere once night falls: it's a perfect score from our side.

The newcomer on the list is called Bar Italia Records and, as its name borrowed from the song of the British rock band Pulp indicates, good music is played there. The coffee and record store, located in a former...The neighborhood is specialized in two of our passions, indie music and Italian music, to find quality vinyl records in between strong cups of coffee. The Dancing Goat, the cutest coffee shop in the neighborhood, is located in a former shop with various tiles. It is filled with light, spacious, and absolutely warm. Here, we find comfort in homemade banana bread or Greek yogurt with granola, and we indulge in hot drinks like coffee, matcha, or golden latte. Emerging from the ground amidst the buildings of the 20th, The Urban Farmer is an incredible urban farm that offers microgreens and edible flowers for sale (even tomatoes and strawberries in the summer).
