The Most Festive: Perchoir Ménilmontant

At Perchoir Ménilmontant, the party is always on, summer or winter! Perched high on the 6th floor of an industrial building in the 11th arrondissement, the restaurant Vecchio takes us back to the New York of the 70s with its Italian-American cuisine crafted by Gianmarco Giorni (Top Chef season 11) and Hubert Nieleau. The menu features delicious cheddar arancini, meatballs in marinara sauce, and a plethora of pasta, including the stars of the menu, spicy fusilli alla vodka. To keep the evening going, head to its little brother Piccolo, where you can raise a glass late into the night with shared small plates, perfectly crafted cocktails, and music to dance to.

14, rue Crespin-du-Gast – 11e
Vecchio: from Tues. to Sat. from 7:30 PM to 2 AM

The most caliente: Terrass’ Hotel

Take a trip to the Caribbean with the rooftop of the Terrass' Hotel! In collaboration with the rum brand Eminente, the 7th floor of this iconic Montmartre hotel immerses us in a caliente Cuban atmosphere, with colorful decor, vintage furniture, and a cocktail menu that explores all the flavors of the island. The cherry on top? Since early February, the creative duo from the new food scene, Seb and Mika from J’ai Faim, have set up their “casita” inspired by the casas particulares of Cuba, featuring a menu that...and exclusive tapas with Cuban notes, of course. On the menu: winter vegetable accras, a 48-hour slow-cooked pulled pork burger with secret spices, or plantain fritters styled like churros with melted chocolate… In short, everything you need to warm our bodies and hearts all winter long.

Terrass’ Hotel
12-14, rue Joseph-de-Maistre – 18th
Open every day from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (until 11:30 PM on Mondays and Sundays)

So, let’s make the most of it by exploring the Bpi, checking out the latest exhibitions adorning its walls, and… enjoying some drinks on the rooftop! At Georges, savor an industrial-futuristic décor and refined fusion cuisine (though it’s a bit of a splurge), all while taking in a stunning view of the Parisian rooftops that will undoubtedly delight your eyes.
