At 93, Rue Vieille-du-Temple, all you have to do is take an elevator to discover this hidden rooftop at the top of the Marais with an absolutely stunning 360-degree view and a hanging garden atmosphere bathed in soft light. At the Top, the spectacle is as much in the view as it is on your plate: miso eggplant, grilled octopus, confit lamb, and a lost bread dish that's close to the heart. Everything is cooked right before your eyes, over a brazier, in an open kitchen that crackles like a chic campfire. You come up to be amazed, you stay to share, toast, and enjoy.
