The Editor

It’s the trendy practice right now! Pilates Reformer is a reimagined form of Pilates that uses a specific piece of equipment made up of a chassis, a sliding mattress, adjustable springs, and foot bars. It might sound a bit complex, but we promise that the practice offers an unmatched fluidity (and intensity) that wonderfully works on your deep muscles, flexibility, and posture.

Feeling tempted? Whether you want to make the most of your ClassPass points or indulge in the Holy Grail (a.k.a. a subscription), here are our 5 favorite Pilates studios in Paris.

The promise? Unlimited fun and results!

On the Reformer side, we chain movements that engage our deep muscles in a soft ambiance. The only must: don’t forget your non-slip socks!

The New Me

With its 13 Parisian studios, The New Me brings a fresh vibe to Pilates Reformer. This practice can be found in almost all of its locations, alongside a unique practice of their own: Newformer Pilates. It's a new discipline that tones, sculpts the body, lengthens muscles, and improves posture, and it's much more intense than traditional Reformer Pilates. Each studio is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, some even featuring a wellness space to pamper yourself after a great session, along with latte bars that likely serve one of the best matcha lattes in the capital.
