Opened since September, this quirky petrol station and drugstore located just steps away from the Rodin Museum stands out and charms us.

The essence of Gazoline Stand? Breaking the codes of a neighborhood that's too "stuffy". At 17 Boulevard des Invalides, just a few months ago, there was one of the last gas stations within Paris city limits. One fine day, Ramdane Touhami, DJ, art director, fashion designer, and French entrepreneur, heard a rumor in the neighborhood about the imminent closure of the flagship station in the 7th arrondissement. An idea crossed his mind: what if he took over the gas pump to give the Left Bank the refreshing touch it needed? Renovated storefront, colorful letters on the windows, a luminous gas pump that displays statements like "Unleaded 95: not great for the planet" and "Diesel: not any better"… Each time you fill up, a gas station attendant greets you: Mathis, always smiling and available 7 days a week, offers you a window cleaning and a cup of coffee.
