The Perched Garden of Terrass" Hotel
Every year, the 7th floor of the Terrass" Hotel attracts Parisians eager for a little burst of freshness in the heart of Montmartre. And for this new summer season, the legendary rooftop transforms into a true Perched Garden, with a new bohemian decoration. Starting on April 26, enjoy this small ephemeral green haven embellished with an impressive mural by artist Natacha Birds, spanning six meters. On the menu, you'll find the seafood cuisine of chef Antonio Tacca with Breton lobster roll, oysters, granita, rosé wine, spicy fish tacos with mayonnaise.... to be completed with the chef bartender Pedro de Paula's signature cocktails, including the "Jardin Perché" made with tequila, dry curaçao, lemon juice, Tree Cents grapefruit soda, and tonic.

This hotel is barely a year old and is still too little known in our opinion. Nestled in the heart of the Faubourg-Montmartre district in the 9th arrondissement, this green hotel dazzles us. Dominique Crenn is in charge of the restaurant, and for a breathtaking view, the chef invites you to the rooftop bar to chill with your friends on the terrace with the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in the background.
