The grayness that clings to the skin of Parisians struggles to immerse them in the warm embrace of summer, yet mid-July is already here, or almost. To remind us of this, the traditional and stunning fireworks display on July 14th will be launched from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro Park. This year, in this cross-season France-Brazil, the chosen theme is, not surprisingly, Brazil. Don’t miss the kickoff: the first firework is launched at 11 PM and will light up the Parisian sky until 11:35 PM. And because we’re nice, we’ve gathered the best viewpoints in the capital that promise you a grand and hassle-free show.
The White Bird
It’s one of the most stylish hotel rooftops in Paris. And for good reason: The White Bird, located on the sixth floor of La Peninsula, offers not only...
a truly exceptional culinary experience created by David Bizet along with an unobstructed panoramic view of the most famous monuments of the capital. Among them, the Eiffel Tower, and of course, the fireworks that everyone is after.Voir cette publication sur Instagram

Mademoiselle Mouche
Nestled right across from the Eiffel Tower, with no obstructions in sight, this is the rooftop you need to experience on the evenings of July 14th (and all year round, of course!). For the national holiday, there's a special evening planned featuring a lineup of DJ sets whose names are still a mystery. Three distinct spaces are available for reservation: the barrels (for 4 to 6 people), the salon tables (for 4 to 12 people), and the VIP lounge (for 15 to 30 people). Reservations are limited to available spots; don’t miss out!

Les Petites Mains
For the fourth consecutive year, Les Petites Mains enchants the gardens of the Palais Galliera and invites Jared Phillips, an Australian chef in love with France and its cuisine, to reinvent culinary classics. There, a spectacular July 14th celebration unfolds under haute couture: the ball kicks off at 8 PM with a cocktail, continues with a custom festive menu created by the chef, accompanied by Paloma Laguette for the sweet side, and wraps up with a glass of champagne. All of this, of course, with a front-row seat to the fireworks!

Le Café de l’Homme
Overlooking the 16th from the Trocadero square, the terrace of the Café de l'Hommeme also offers a breathtaking view of the Iron Lady. For those who prefer to stay cozy, it’s possible to admire the fireworks from their winter garden, featuring large bay windows and, in the back, a Cocktail Bar run by Grey Goose where you can sip on a signature creation during the illuminations. Accompanied by the sweet melody of the Asturia Girls, who have come to delight the guests with enchanting classical music for the occasion.

Cœur Sacré
Let’s take a step back and get even higher to talk about Cœur Sacré, the place to be in the 18th. Located in the heart of the Montmartre hill, this lively spot combines a creative boutique and a coffee shop, but we’re especially heading there this July 14th for its rooftop. And because its 2-in-1 circular terrace allows you to marvel at the Sacré-Cœur, just in case the Eiffel Tower gets a bit boring… Unlikely, but it's nice to have options!

The Parisian Bridges
Here, several options are available to you, 37 to be exact : that's the number of bridges and footbridges in the capital that cross the Seine and connect its competing banks. However, on July 14th, there are better choices than others. Choosing the Tolbiac Bridge, for example, is silly : all you'll see of the fireworks is the smoke blown away by the wind. All you'll have left is the noise, which will only frustrate you. On the other hand, heading to the Bir-Hakeim and Grenelle bridges is definitely a smarter choice : there, you'll have a guaranteed view of the Eiffel Tower so you won't miss a bit of the show. Note: don’t arrive at 22:55, but rather by 22:00, at the very latest. The Iéna Bridge, usually very popular, is also

The Banks of the Seine
No need to introduce them, they are timeless, lining the Seine and offering a beautiful view of the iron lady once you pass the Alexandre III bridge. As long as you tilt your head quite a bit. And choose your bank, while several plots are closed due to the Olympic Games.

The plaza of Sacré-Cœur
We don't finish with a hidden gem that no one recognized the potential of, but with a classic. Never forget the charm of the Sacré-Cœur, regularly taken by storm by the...tourists for sure, but still offering a view like no other of Paris and its monuments. Challenge: count them and name them while waiting for the start of the magnificent fireworks that await us, which will feature various scenes paying tribute to the main Olympic and Paralympic disciplines.
