The Most Elaborate: Hugo & Victor
Ice cream enthusiasts, get ready to be amazed: pastry chef and chocolatier Hugues Pouget has entered the ice cream game, and the flavors are as exquisite as they are refined. All of his creations are made with seasonal fruits and carefully sourced ingredients, from fresh milk from the Viltain farm to Normandy's fresh cream and Sicilian pistachios. The result is completely natural products without any artificial flavors (thanks to natural stabilizers by Essenza), such as the Montezuma sorbet, salted butter caramel ice cream, or verbena sorbet. Our personal favorite? The 100% plant-based peach vacherin, almond milk sorbet, and plant-based whipped cream, an absolute delight.
