The best Chinese hot pots in Paris
Traditionally, a Chinese hot pot is enjoyed as a friendly and family dish. A bit like a dripping cheese fondue from Savoy (yum). But this time, it's a hot broth (with the flavors we want) in which we dip a variety of delicious things. All kinds of meats, seafood galore, green vegetables, Asian mushrooms... Convinced? Well, go and fill your belly at one of our favorite hot pot addresses in Paris.

To start the festivities, we choose the broth that catches our eye. Plain, spicy, tomato-based, or satay, it's the tastes and colors that will guide our choice. Once our broth is heated, we will create our dream sauce (spicy or not) and pick whatever we fancy: shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, tofu, shrimp, crab claws... We can also order some meat to grill on the side.
