The Terroir Reserve

Hidden just a stone's throw away from the Centre Pompidou, this place has the charm of a small countryside inn and instantly transports you. It's hard to believe that you're in one of the most touristy neighborhoods in the capital city, yet here you can taste some of the best aligot in the country! And to accompany our cheesy mashed potatoes, they have a super cool selection of wines.

La Réserve du Terroir
13, rue Quincampoix - 4th arrondissement
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to midnight
Phone: 01 47 07 55 14

Le Plomb du Cantal

Any respectable aligot lover will give in to this address on the other side of the Seine. The aligot flows abundantly, the atmosphere is warm, the wines are delicious and the meat is tender. Let's add to this enticing description the fact that the address has expanded and is now present in two other neighborhoods of Paris. Enjoy your meal!

Le Plomb du Cantal
4, boulevard Saint-Denis - 10th

3, rue de la Gaîté - 14th
5, rue du Maine - 14th

The Aubrac House

Maybe the fanciest aligot in this top. In this stylish brasserie in the 8th arrondissement, you can savor the Aveyron region's local products with your pinkie in the air, seated on pretty red chairs and banquettes. The aligot is served in a cute little pot along with a delectable sausage. Bonus: the house is open until 7am on weekends and until 6am on Wednesdays, for night owls.

The Maison de l'Aubrac
37, Marbeuf Street - 8th
Open every day from 12pm, until 6am on Wednesday and until 7am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

La Petite Perigourdine

We adore this bistro atmosphere. The plates are swirling, the cutlery is dancing, and the aligot is flowing freely. Want more? The atmosphere is bubbling and lively, just the way we like it. So let's enjoy it.

La Petite Perigourdine
39, rue des Ecoles - 5th
Open every day from 8am to midnight
Phone: 01 43 26 33 35

L'Ambassade d'Auvergne

Given the name, you easily guess what they serve there. Beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling, a mouthwatering aligot on the plate, all in a family-friendly atmosphere far from the capital. Unfortunately, at the end of dinner, you have to go back. To come back even better?

The Auvergne Embassy
22, rue du Grenier-Saint-Lazare - 3rd
Open every day from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7:30 pm to 10 pm
Phone: 01 42 72 31 22

The Boui Boui

Don't judge this place by its name in the center of Paris. Unless for you, "boui boui" rhymes with great atmosphere, charming wooden tables, local products, big portions and a mandatory "digeo" session.

L’Auberge Aveyronnaise

Well, now we are definitively leaving the capital for the gourmet lands of Occitanie. Checked tablecloths, upholstered chairs, rustic atmosphere and of course, the famous aligot, prepared with care. I'm hungry.
