In 2023, the art of the Tropézienne makes its way onto Christmas tables with the collaboration of François Daubinet and La Tarte Tropézienne. For this "Pecan Shards" log, enjoy a soft milk brioche soaked in a Sicilian citrus syrup and Madagascan vanilla, a Tropézienne pecan cream enveloping a runny pecan paste spread, and a chocolate, almond, and pecan glaze. All of this sprinkled with gold and silver flecks to enhance your most indulgent table settings !

L'Exoticore est une bûche à base de fruits exotiques, mariant l'acidité de la mangue et de l'ananas à la douceur du fruit de la passion.
