Les Deux Magots

This wonderful café-bistro is a must-visit! It has been frequented by many famous artists such as Louis Aragon, André Gide, Picasso, and Hemingway. Inside, you'll discover a spacious room filled with the spirit of poets, a terrace overlooking the church where you can savor the famous old-fashioned chocolate, and a bistro where you can soak in the lively Parisian ambiance. This beloved Parisian gem is one of the oldest cafés in the city and continues to draw in artists, writers, fashionistas, politicians, and tourists from all corners of the globe.

La Fontaine de Mars

Situated on rue Saint-Dominique, not far from the Eiffel Tower and under beautiful stone arcades, this bistro dating back to 1908 offers regional cuisine where duck confit, Basque blood sausage, and a plate of cold cuts compete with each other. Resembling a good neighborhood bistro, we love to meet there for a drink in a friendly atmosphere (even Obama often enjoys a meal there). What we love the most? Its lovely red and white checkered tablecloths that transport us to old Paris.

La Fontaine de Mars
129, rue Saint-Dominique - 7th
Open every day from 12pm to 3pm and from 7:30pm to 11pm

Chez Janou

It's a gem, one of those little treasures that you would want to keep just for yourself. As soon as we arrive, we adopt a Southern accent and let ourselves be charmed by the wall of pastis that opens up in front of us, with references that are hard to count. We settle down on the lovely terrace. The place is calm, the atmosphere is rustic: it smells like Provence. Everything is per-fect. On the menu, a true bistro cuisine with exquisite fish.

Chez Janou
2, rue Roger-Verlomme - 3rd
Open every day from 8am to 2am

If you're feeling a bit hungry, come visit the BB Restaurant. Located just a few steps away from Square Montholon, this charming bistro offers delicious dishes that we enjoy during lunchtime. Their menu includes a fantastic chicken, girolle mushroom, and parmesan risotto, delicious cromesquis, and a mouthwatering grilled meat with seasonal vegetables. If you're looking for us, you'll find us there in the evening, sipping cocktails at the bar!

Aux Crus de Bourgogne

Take a journey back in time to old Paris with this bistro from another century. A Montorgueil institution and taken over by siblings Félix and Margot Durant (Aux Bons Crus, Relais Routiers...), Aux Crus de Bourgogne reveals its retro-chic decor and good French countryside cuisine. On the menu: deviled eggs, Burgundy snails, chicken with yellow wine and morels... All to be enjoyed on the timeless Marilyn bistro chairs.

Aux Crus de Bourgogne
3, rue Bachaumont – 2nd arrondissement
Open every day from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm

Market Bar

Known as one of the most popular terraces in the Odéon district and near the Buci Market, this little bar with its unpretentious decor is one of the must-visit spots in the capital. With its romantic old-fashioned French style, it perfectly embodies the typical Parisian bistro, with its red and white checkered tablecloths and servers dressed in gavroche caps and overalls. The Market Bar offers sausage-fries-beer, cheese-wine toast, and of course, tartare, bavette steak, omelette, or ham macaroni!

Market Bar
75, rue de Seine - 6th arrondissement
