She embodies warmth, festivities, colors, and good vibes, but above all, exoticism with a hint of spiciness! We're talking, of course, about Latin cuisine! Argentine meat melts in your mouth, while Mexican tacos al pastor come with guacamole, Peruvian ceviche with leche de tigre provides the freshness we were looking for, and Brazilian pao de queijo can be nibbled endlessly! Get ready for the best of South and Central America, concentrated in the capital of France, for the delight of Latin food lovers! Mexican cuisine El Chingon Chingon is that everyday word Mexicans use in every context, but it actually means "cool." This little Mexican restaurant is the story of three friends who came back from a trip to Mexico and were passionate about the land of tacos and its gastronomy. Located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, they offer tostadas (taco shells) and many other traditional dishes.Crispy, crunchy and oh-so-delicious, these mouth-watering tacos are made with fresh ingredients. And guess what? They even have a special guacamole taco! You'll also find regular tacos with marinated chicken, shrimp, cheese...all in a guaranteed Mexican ambiance. Come and try their new tacos with pig skin, a traditional Mexican dish, and their lemon-mango-chili pie as soon as possible!

Here, we forget about the stereotypes of sombreros and maracas, and we focus on gastronomy. In a fairly sober and industrial setting, with red bricks and patterned tiles, authenticity is what matters! We have a soft spot for the delicious tacos and quesadillas, not to mention the homemade guacamole and totopos (corn chips) for some gluten-free recipes. The best tacos in Paname. We can't resist the guacamole made right before our eyes, the marinated tuna and cucumber tiraditos, the truffle sea bass ceviche, the miso eggplant, and the vegetarian cazuela with courgettes, rice, and goat cheese. The Argentines

Volver

Here is a particularly cozy restaurant, whose name evokes both Almodovar and Argentine tango. Here, there are two possibilities: either enjoy some meat in the 6th arrondissement, or have a pizza in the vibrant Bastille district. Because there are two locations under the same name. The added bonus is that the 6th arrondissement restaurant has a gourmet section where you can find local products like dulce de leche, or Alfajores, typical Argentine biscuits filled with dulce de leche. Yum.

Cantina

This is the hidden Argentinian cantina of Canal Saint-Martin, the 2.0 version of Asado Club, previously dedicated to empanadas. Everything is grilled on the parilla, the traditional Argentinian barbecue, from meat to Brussels sprouts. A pronounced and flavorful South American character that excites our taste buds! Melting sandwiches, blood sausage empanadas, chimichurri sauce, tender meats, smoky notes, a true Argentinian crush with some Italian flavors to make it even sexier.

The daring wine menu only enhances this culinary experience. We savor top-notch imported carne from Argentina, and with options like ojo de bife, bife de chorizo, ribeye, and bife de lomo, the choices are endless. Unico

A barbecue, Argentine meats, an Argentine chef, a very select selection of Argentine wines, in short, no doubt, it's definitely an Argentine address! The meat straight from Argentina and cooked on charcoal by a parillero is incredibly tender and succulent. We enjoy it with its slightly spicy chimichurri sauce, and grilled vegetables on the griddle. The banana with dulce de leche for dessert adds the wonderful final sweet touch.

This restaurant by Brazilian chef Rafael Gomes takes us on a journey thanks to the clever mix of cultures and flavors. Itacoa, a tribute to his native Brazil, emphasizes the world flavors that have influenced the chef, but the Brazilian touches continue and blend perfectly with Asian, Italian, American, and French influences. This culinary map, with Brazil as its main axis, offers a varied, fresh, healthy, light, and seasonal cuisine that makes us want more and more. Beyond the fresh products and the pleasant atmosphere, the dishes are offered at unbeatable prices. Between chorizo quesadillas, nachos with melted cheese, and creamy guacamole, it's hard to choose where to start the Latin marathon. For the main course, the delicious ceviche is a must-eat to leave some room for the incredible passion fruit tiramisu. We love the lively and friendly atmosphere. And the two distinct rooms, one large and more classic and one more intimate under a bright glass roof, equipped with a majestic library and velvet banquettes that give this unique touch to the place. A gastronomic journey in Latin America awaits you on Aboukir Street, and we can't wait to see the next venues...
