1. The Station Babines at the Grand Quartier Hotel
The Grand Quartier Hotel welcomes the Station Babines, a village of cozy chalet-shelters that offers a mountain experience all winter long. On the menu at these four incredibly soft chalets: traditional Swiss fondues with Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, where you can dip delicious bread from Mamiche, as well as variations with morels or even truffles for the more adventurous. The menu, designed by chef Théophane Eymard, also includes tasty appetizers and indulgent desserts. The selection of organic and biodynamic wines, as well as mountain spirits, completes the experience and quenches thirst. Comfort and YUM!

2. The gourmet station Chez Monix
After the success of the first two editions, Chez Monix welcomes you in the most stylish mountain chalet of the year in the heart of a true Christmas village surrounded by a forest of fir trees, with 20 vintage cable cars and ski lifts from the 60s, a snowmobile, a snowplow, a fireplace, vintage skis, cauldrons... But above all, Chez Monix offers you a variety of cheeses to indulge in. The menu also includes authentic slow-cooked dishes that warm the heart, such as the famous pot-au-feu, veal blanquette, or stuffed cabbage, as well as some grilled specialties Wooden baskets such as grilled bass or ribeye steak. As for desserts, you'll find all kinds of crepes and waffles, but we especially love the Mont Blanc with chestnuts, divine. We wash it all down with a good hot wine: that's it, we're reaching new heights.

3. The alpine rooftop Mont Trocadéro
Embark on an exceptional experience that will make you feel like you are in the mountains in the heart of Paris. From November until April 2024, Mont Trocadéro takes over the peaks of the Canopy hotel to offer alpine cuisine classics that make our mouths water in advance. On the menu: croziflette, roasted camembert, onion soup, and Here are some other dishes that we love, revisited by the talented chef Joffrey Servant and given names inspired by winter sports vocabulary: snowboarding, powder skiing, all-out, the tow bar... We almost want to bring our skis, we believe it's that good!
