Gustu
We fell in love with the story and flavors of Gustu, a hidden gem in the heart of La Rotonde in the 19th arrondissement. Behind the stove, chef Christophe Poligani cooks up a warm and comforting family-style cuisine with both familiar and exotic flavors. Among our favorites are the Corsican fresh cheese and nepita fritters, followed by the fig, goat cheese, and honey ravioli served with a creamy Corsican tomme sauce... And for the main course, we highly recommend the pizza topped with pesto cream, roasted seasonal vegetables with herbs from the maquis, and extra virgin olive oil. To top it all off, there's a huge 1500m2 terrace where you can bask in the sunshine.
Gustu also boasts an impressive selection of natural wines from Corsican winemakers, including organic wines from the Patrimonio region in Haute-Corse (Mariotti Bindi, Marfisi, Maison Marengo, and Santa Maria). It's a true coup de coeur, we tell you.

Alma
This is THE new Corsican cantina that has been bringing life to the neighborhood since the beginning of this year. And for good reason, ALMA is the type of place we would make our HQ: a cool atmosphere, incredibly delicious small dishes to share with friends, and evenings filled with the team's Corsican accent and infectious smiles. Here we eat a lot, speak loudly, and toast to all this joyful clamor with a good bottle of Corsican wine. It's hard not to be charmed...

A La Main
For lunch, choose a sandwich or a dish of the day prepared in front of you by a chef from the country, and that you can enjoy take-out or on-site, at the counter or in the lounge. In the evening, a small and cozy cellar in the basement transforms into a wine bar near the piano. In the afternoon, stroll through the stalls and discover all the fresh and artisanal products that are 100% Corsican.

Leopold
In the heart of the Montorgueil neighborhood, Leopold has all the charm of a small village café. In their newly renovated restaurant-bistro, Henri and Bertrand juggle between Corsican products and specialties from the Southwest, with one motto: local traditions. For aperitifs, head to the terrace that extends onto the sidewalk as soon as the nice weather returns. In the evening, everything happens in the basement, in a charming vaulted cellar, perfect for private events. As for the cuisine, Leopold also delivers all the way: the two Corsicans take pride in offering the best in hearty local cuisine: you'll salivate over the sheep cheese flan, you'll crave for the Corsican burger, and you'll surrender to the chestnut tiramisu...

Le Bouchon des Batignolles
Just like in any respectable bar, you will find platters of cold cuts and cheeses, with the difference being that here you will enjoy Corsican products. Coppa, Lonzo, sausages, tomme... connoisseurs know what we're talking about! Delicious delicacies that you can pair with a good bottle of Corsican wine (or not). And to end the meal on a cheerful note, we recommend indulging in a dessert - cheesecake, tarte tatin, chocolate fondant - or a joyful coffee - coffee + Cognac + Calvados + Armagnac or coffee + Limoncello + Myrtle + Eau de vie - for those who don't want to go to bed just yet...
