Oyster bars are a guilty pleasure for Christmas food addicts, for those who refuse to let go of their vacations on the island of Ré, and for frustrated fishermen at heart. If you recognize yourself in this description, or if you simply love eating oysters, you're in luck.
Bulot Bulot
For the past 5 years, this oyster bar has been delighting locals and passers-by. In this charming little shack, you'll find the best of the sea. It's only logical that the team focuses on offering products from small producers in Brittany and Normandy. For example, you can savor natural oysters from Romain Verneuil, an award-winning oyster farmer in Gouville-sur-Mer. You can pair them with a delicious Chablis by Bulot Bulot, provided by the winemakers Louis and Cathy Poitout in Chablis. Bulot Bulot manages its stock to minimize waste, and their "happy oyster" special offers oysters for €1 every Wednesday evening, perfect for those on a tight budget. AlLet's hop, we reserve a table without waiting any longer!

It's: Le P'tit Mousse has docked on Rambuteau Street to offer us a delicious seafood counter! We decide to take a seat at the long stainless steel counter to admire Francisco, the oyster opener - the champion of France and champion of Europe - as he opens the oysters and creates magnificent seafood platters, a real little culinary show! During the week, they even offer surprise set menus to the Parisians, in which it is not uncommon to be offered a glass of wine...Voir cette publication sur Instagram

Huguette, oyster bar between sea and chill
Nestled in a small alley near Boulevard Saint-Germain, this charming seaside bistro has taken our hearts with its chic and cozy beach hut vibes. A green enclave filled with adorable little terraces and overflowing planters, these wild grasses that grow by the sea. Behind this green screen, the sunny terrace invites us to snuggle into the azure benches. Here, you can enjoy very good oysters, as well as fried fish, poke bowls, or even ceviche, from 12pm to 11:30pm uninterrupted!
