The Editor

The famous beret-baguette sticks to the skin of the French all over the world, the image is part of our identity. Slightly cliché? In fact, not really. Every second, 320 baguettes of bread are consumed and produced in France, that's 10 billion per year. And among the 32,000 bakeries listed in France in 2017, only a few are 100% organic. Are you already dreaming of a very good bread that lasts? Here are the best organic bakeries in Paris. The UFO: Le Bricheton It's a well-kept secret, passed on during conversations in organic grocery stores and markets in Paris. Remember the name Le Bricheton because it is the temple of ancient wheat bread. Nestled in the 20th arrondissement, rue de la Réunion, the shop launched by baker Maxime Bussy only offers unique pieces, made from heirloom flour, artesian well water, and salt. And that's it. The gray rye sourdough bread is a must-try.A fresh crumb and a thin crust for a unique and authentic taste. So why deprive yourself?

The most feminine: Beautiful manners

"Agri-ethics" best captures the approach of bakery owner Sylvie Debellemanière. Just steps away from Les Halles, she personally develops her recipes using organic or Label Rouge flours from the Trottin du Mans mill. At the Beautiful Manners bakery, you'll find traditional spelt or country breads, but also sweet, savory, and gluten-free breads made from Kamut, quinoa, or buckwheat. The best part: the option to buy bread by the slice, or try the Breton bread made with buckwheat flour. We also can't resist the delicious cherry bread.

Wasn't this picture just absolutely adorable? Look at those cute little Flexbox divs, all lined up and ready to go! And did you see the colors? So vibrant and cheerful! It just makes you smile, doesn't it?
I mean, come on, those little circles are just too cute! Perfectly rounded and with the prettiest shades of grey. And check out those rectangular divs, also in that lovely grey color. They even have different sizes! How cool is that?
Overall, this Instagram post is just a happy and playful visual treat. It's like a mini work of art, carefully crafted with attention to detail. Can't help but love it!
So go ahead, enjoy this delightful piece of web design and let it brighten up your day. Because sometimes, all it takes is a simple layout with some pretty colors to make everything better.

The most authentic: Tartine

Born on Rue du Faubourg-Poissonière, we have named it Tartine. A new concept of an engaged bakery-restaurant created by Graines de Créateurs, two artisan bakers (Eric Delagarde and Pierre André Segura) who invite us to rediscover the true, the only and the unique taste of ancient cereals. On the menu, no baguettes or pastries. Instead, characterful breads, delicious cakes and incredibly soft brioches. All made from high-quality ingredients.Quality ingredients with special care given to the choice of flours. Rye, khorasan, spelt, and buckwheat are all present, enhancing the authentic taste of the grain. Here, the breads are made using respectful methods and ancestral know-how, without adding gluten, yeast, or additives. The result? A more digestible, less salty, and lighter bread that is still delicious. Lightly toasted, it is irresistible. At lunchtime, indulge in their colorful toasts with fillings made on-site with organic, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. We tried the Bougnat, made with nectarines, spinach sprouts, and creamy blue cheese: a winning combination. A guilt-free way to enjoy a sandwich or toast!

Once upon a time, there was a delightful Instagram post. It had a beautiful background in a lovely shade of white, with a cute little border and a subtle shadow. The post was so charming, it had a special class called "instagram-media." Inside this enchanting post, there was a magical blockquote. It had a captivating style, with a width that adjusted perfectly to the content inside. It was surrounded by a thin border and had a delightful rounded shape. Within this blockquote, there was a marvelous div. It was filled with such joy and happiness, you couldn't help but smile. This div had a cozy padding of 16px, ensuring it was comfortable and inviting. Within this div, there was an extraordinary sight to behold. It was a magnificent display of creativity and artistry. The div featured a row of elements arranged beautifully and harmoniously. First, there was a div that radiated warmth with its delightful background color. It was adorned with a cute little border and had a perfect circular shape. This div was a delightful 40px in height and width, making it absolutely adorable. Next to this charming div, there was another div that exuded elegance and grace. This div had a special purpose: to hold more magical elements. It was flexible and adaptive, able to grow and shrink as needed. This div was a true team player, always ready to support and uplift others. Within this gracious div, there were two more divs. They were smaller in size, but no less impressive. With their lovely background color and subtle curved edges, they added a touch of sophistication to the overall design. These divs were both 14px in height, with one being a delightful 100px in width and the other a charming 60px. But the wonders didn't stop there. The div also had a divine padding of 19% at the top and bottom, creating the perfect balance and ensuring a delightful viewing experience. To top it all off, there was a marvelous div that stood out on its own. It had a magical height of 50px and width of 50px, perfectly centered and balanced. This div was truly a sight to behold, capturing the essence of joy and celebration. And that, my dear reader, is the story of this magnificent Instagram post. A tale of beauty, creativity, and pure delight. So go ahead, click on the link and immerse yourself in the magic!
