Our Favorite Hotel Rooftops in Paris
La Quinzerie
It's been a year and a half since the Quinzerie hotel has been welcoming international guests and local residents within its brand-new walls. With a constant desire to reinvent itself, a rooftop has just been added to its already well-filled list of offerings. Climbing up there guarantees a total change of scenery "that breaks away from the chic and luxurious spirit of the hotel," as specified by Théo Jacob, the architect of the place. Situated on the 8th floor, the entrance transports anyone who steps in to a Provencal street where blue shutters and warm colors mix, all under a gentle Mediterranean breeze. It leads to a Grand Balcony with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, where you can settle in to discover signature cocktails crafted entirely from scratch, with everything from juices to syrups made by a team of skilled mixologists. The generosity of the South is felt even in...the glass, but also the plate, since many sharing boards fill a generous seasonal menu. Maybe that's what they call paradise.

The People
Located on both sides of the capital with four addresses in Belleville, Le Marais, Bercy, and Nation, The People knows how to offer a stunning view of the most beautiful monuments in Paris. Perched atop a contemporary hostel, its green spots serve an assortment of cocktails and sourced products: we recommend starting with some eggplant sticks as an appetizer before indulging in the Les Piaules pizza (Tarn coppa - creamy burrata), and finishing off on a sweet note with chocolate-hazel donuts. All against a spectacular view, what more could you ask for?
