Paris is a party, but it’s also super tuned into the delightful world of gourmet street food! Since we live in a city that never stops buzzing, isn’t it great to have your favorite little spots where you know a quick bite will always be a hit?
Curb
A delicious whiff of street food floats along rue de Clignancourt. Yes, street food, but make it veggie please! Curb, the new foodie spot in the 18th, treats the neighborhood to cheeky seasonal sandwiches and bowls, all while being 100% veggie. What’s on the menu? A Magic Mushroom Melt with roasted mushrooms and caramelized onions; an Eggcellent that perfectly blends scrambled eggs and cheddar; and a Going Back to Cauli featuring chili crisp hummus and fried cauliflower with zaatar, not to mention their latest winter creation: the ...
All in a rush with potato pancake and green onion, raclette cheese, mushroom parsley mix, cucumber pickle, caramelized nuts... pure comfort to devour. Everything is prepared on-site, assembled in a fresh morning bread and can also be served in a bowl (for the same price, because we’re nice like that). We accompany it all with smashed potatoes with gooey cheddar and a homemade drink, and that’s a wrap: we’ll be back!Voir cette publication sur Instagram

At Alain Miam Miam
Alain Miam Miam is kind of the master of tasty snacks. He really has nothing left to prove to us... but how can you ever get tired of it? Forget the stale ham and butter sandwiches from the corner bakery that nobody would think of eating! Alain Miam Miam, on the other hand, has a list of ingredients that would make any farmer blush, XXL-sized breads, and a quick toast to seal the deal... We're absolutely crazy about it.

The Favorite
As its name suggests, it's one of those must-visit spots where everyone rushes to satisfy their cravings. Breads from Mamiche bakery, recipes crafted, imagined, and prepared on the very same day by the chef. The menu? Just like our beloved Chinese canteens, it’s numbered. Our favorite number? 40: soft bun, farm-raised breaded chicken, red cabbage, and treasure sauce… So, what do you think?

Plan D
The front of this street-food shop located between the canal and rue des Vinaigriers is sure to catch everyone's attention. Plant-based, seasonal, sustainable, colorful, crafted with real expertise, and most importantly, very delicious… The sandwiches change with the seasons, showcasing vegetables in all their glory. For each recipe, you can expect a crispy piece breaded with cornflakes, vegetables prepared in all sorts of ways (roasted, charred, pickled, pureed, marinated, carpaccio…), and three homemade sauces, including a zesty mayo and an irresistible smoky juice simmered for hours.

Candide
THE gem we needed this year. At the standing table of Candide Belleville, we indulge in little dwichs whose recipe changes from one day to the next, and whether you enjoy them on the spot or take them away, we can assure you, the ingredients are always fresh. Our favorite? The pulled pork with pickles, onions, and coleslaw, all nestled in delightful soft buns. Pure happiness, you say? We're close!

Pork Character
Everything is good in the pig, and this place is perfectly positioned to prove it. Simply put, you might not expect it, but the ham and butter sandwich here is so gourmet that you'll be left speechless. Farmhouse ham or cooked in a wood oven, with Bordier butter spread on a delicious baguette. And of course… Enjoy it just like at grandma's.

Montezuma is a place that really delivers! Chef Julia Della, who comes from the fine dining scene, has a blast creating amazing sandwiches every day to delight the taste buds of savory food lovers. You'll be tempted by the delicious little brioche bun that's a joy to bite into, and the crazy seasonings that keep us drooling. Come on, stop daydreaming, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Sando Club
There are little gems you wish to keep secret. But for you, we decided to share! Here’s Sando Club. Nestled right in the heart of the 11th, this cozy little canteen is a hit with its wide selection of colorful delights. We can't resist the Torikatsu, a sandwich made with Japanese milk bread, panko-crusted chicken, and sesame, spinach sprouts, red and white cabbage, carrots, and pickled red onions, all wrapped up in a sweet and spicy sauce. It's to die for!

Adriana and Margot
Here, you can enjoy make-your-own sandwiches featuring bagel-style bread (with onion, poppy seeds, etc.) but thankfully without the hole in the middle! We top it off with two caviars of your choice – eggplant, mushrooms, black or green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, tarama, and more – plus cheese, fresh veggies, and cold cuts... And to finish it off? You pick your meat (turkey, pastrami...). A delight from the very first bite, and totally addictive!

Homer Lobster
No surprise here, their lobster roll was voted the best in the world in 2018. Pair their bestseller with our favorite? It's the Connecticut: slightly warmed Breton lobster, seasoned with lemon butter and a delicate secret blend of aromatic herbs, served in a buttery, toasted artisan bread... Oh, how delightful to bite into.

The Yellow Shop - Sacha Finkelsztajn
A storefront so bright yellow that you can't help but walk in. A Yiddish sandwich shop, where every product is delicious and tempting... On the menu: traditional breads reimagined in multiple variations, and sides sourced straight from the Mediterranean and beyond (chickpeas from Israel, tarama from Greece, cheese with paprika from Hungary...) And of course, you're welcome to build your sandwiches just the way you like, just like at home…

Salatim
Hear ye, hear ye! If you haven't yet discovered this little eatery in the heart of Paris, you absolutely must! Apart from the delicious Salatim – big vegetarian plates (hummus, fennel, eggplant caviar, sautéed carrots...) – which you can pair, if you wish, with grilled kefta, our absolute favorite has to be the schnitzel sandwich. A baguette stuffed with a battered chicken cutlet and fresh veggies... Travel to Tel Aviv without leaving Paris, how does that sound?

Snack Attack
BOOM! Just opened a few months ago, this little shop on rue de Rochechouart is making a big splash. During the lunch rush, we love diving into their amazing specialty that has been making the rounds on pretty much every foodista's Instagram recently: the Mega Mega Focaccia. It's an enormous focaccia stuffed with creamy Italian tomato sauce, mouthwatering beef meatballs, and gooey provolone... All for a sweet deal of just 11 euros. It's to die for!
