Bibou

On rit, on trinque, on parle fort.

In the heart of the 9th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards, there’s a delightful hidden gem: if you want to catch us, you should head to 21 Rue Bergère. At Bar 21, scrumptious cheese and charcuterie boards are served on our sunny terrace in a super festive atmosphere: truffle savarin, pepper-aged brie, comté, pavin – all the cheeses are sourced from a top-notch affineur. On the charcuterie side, we devour surprising ham from a pig, Corsican sausage, Lozère or Aveyron sausage, and even genuine Spanish chorizo prepared by a caterer. And if that isn't enough, our cocktails are to die for, and the team is always up for some fun! In short, the most respected person here is the customer, that’s for sure!

, and you can feel it.
